Things certainly have changed since the early 1700 when simple designs were hand embroidered for only the very wealthy patron. Today we still use thread and needle but we also have state of the art machines that can embroider thousands of stitches in just a few minutes.
To create your custom design, all we need is your artwork that we then translate into a digitized form so our machines can create a truly beautiful result. The better the artwork the better the embroidery will be.
We prefer receiving art in a vector format (usually an Illustrator .eps or .ai file), but if you don’t have this type of file just let us know so we can help you get what we need.
